1. Standard Delivery: Included in listed price. A freight truck will arrive at a prescheduled time frame and deliver pallets by pallet jack to the closest accessible covered location. If that location is not available, your pallets will be left curbside or outside. The freight truck drivers will not unbox the pallet or provide any installation service. You will have to inspect the pallet's contents for damages and sign and record how you received the contents. Your ability to claim damages ends at this time after you sign it that none were found. If damages were found, it is very important that you take pictures and note the damages on the truck driver's sign-off paper. Please send us the pictures of the damages and the sign-off with damages notated, and we will be able to get these parts replaced. Afterwards it is your responsibility to hire your preferred installer. Florida Recreational Supply Inc. is not liable for any damages incurred if your items arrived damage-free and noted as such, and we are also not liable if your installer damages your items or does not know how to install them correctly.

2. White Glove Premium Delivery: plus $695 to the listed price. This option is recommended and preferred. The table will be shipped to our certified local installer in your area. When your installer receives your table, he/she will contact you to schedule the same-day delivery and installation with you and go over the details. You are fully covered with this option from start to finish because your items have never left our circle. Upon completion of installation, you or your representative will view the table with your installer and inspect the table and sign off on its condition. If there are any issues, we will be happy to correct them for you. Please note that if you live in a far-away, remote, or sparsely populated area, there will be an additional surcharge to send our installer. If this applies, we will contact you shortly after purchase to inform you, and we can figure out if we can move forward with your purchase.

 Delivery Only No Installation:

Your location must be accessible by an 18 wheel freight truck. If not, you should not select this option. The truck will pull up at a pre set time known to you and bring your pallets to the closest covered area accessible by pallet jack. If this is not possible the pallets will be left as far as the pallet jack can go whether that area be covered or not. The truck driver will not unpack the pallets and bring each individual box and slate inside your location. You must check the contents for damages and sign off on the drivers paper. If there are damages please send us pictures of the damages as well as a pic of the drivers sign off stating that damages were found and we will be happy to get those parts replaced for you. Once you sign the drivers paper stating that everything is good and there is no damages your future damage claims become void. Now you must hire your own installer because professional installation is still very recommended.

Professional White Glove Delivery And Installation:

We will ship the table to our certified local to you installer. He/She will contact you when they have received the table to set up the installation date and go over all the details. Upon the completion of installation you will view the table with your installer and sign off on its condition and appearance. If there are any issues we will be happy to correct them. With this option you are fully covered from start to finish and you receive a 1 year installation warranty against installer error. Please note that if your installation location is determined to be way far away from the general population an additional surcharge will be required for us to send our installer. if this applies we will contact you with your options before shipping the table and we can figure out how to proceed.
